July 1, 2016	Filing 34 ORDER reversing the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security and remanding for further administrative proceedings. The Commissioner shall award Plaintiff benefits effective as of July 12, 2011, but payment shall be deferred until conclusion of the administrative proceedings ordered herein. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 120 days from the date of this Order (or such later time as the parties mutually agree), an ALJ shall hold an administrative hearing and receive additional eviden ce to determine whether benefits should be awarded for a closed period or should be continuing. If benefits are awarded for a closed period, the end date shall be no earlier than February 15, 2013. The ALJ shall issue a new decision that is consistent with the applicable law as set forth in this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED directing the Clerk of Court to enter judgment accordingly.
