ORDER - Defendants' Motions to Dismiss (Docs. 27 , 49 , 70 ) are granted. The claims against Defendant Sagan are also dismissed on the basis of forum non conveniens. AMA's Motions for Leave to conduct jurisdictional discovery (Docs. [3 4], 65 ) are denied as moot. AMA's Motion for Default as to Defendant Sagan (Doc. 82 ) is denied. AMA's Motion for Leave to File a sur-reply (Doc. 77 ) is granted. AMA's Motion to Strike Defendants' Response to AMA's Mo tion for Leave to file a sur-reply (Doc. 84 ) is denied. The Stipulations to seal (Docs. 116 , 123 ) are denied. The parties should refile motions to seal with "a clear statement of the facts and legal authority justifying the filing of the document under seal" (LRCiv 5.6(b)), and should file redacted versions of the supplemental jurisdictional briefs in the public record. ORDER - A final ruling on the 27 motion to dismiss regarding Netmedia and GLP will be issued after the Court receives the supplemental briefing discussed below. The 27 motion to stay proceedings pending the outcome of the Barbados action is de nied. AMA will have until December 2, 2016 to complete limited jurisdictional discovery.
