Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment 86 is granted and Defendant L otto Sport Italia, S.P.A.'s Motion for Summary Judgment 83 is denied. The domain names <lottostore.com> and <lottoworks.com> shall not be transferred to Defendant but instead shall remain registered with the Plaintiff; <lottosto re.com> and <lottoworks.com> shall be unlocked/reactivated for Plaintiff's lawful use. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED directing the Clerk of Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff on Plaintiff's reverse domain name hijacking claim in Count One and Plaintiff's declaratory relief claim in Count Two.
