ORDER - IT IS ORDERED granting in part Plaintiff's "Motion For Civil Arrest Warrant To Be Issued And Application For An Order To Show Cause Why The Civil Arrest Warrant Should Be Purged" (Doc. 60 ). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting an Order to Show Cause Hearing for June 17, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. At this hearing Sean Cannon shall appear and show cause why he should not be held in contempt for failure to appear at the judgment debtors' examination as required by the Court' s Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendants may avoid the Order to Show Cause Hearing b]y appearing and complying with the judgment debtors' examination Order (Doc. [56) previously served on Sean Collins on January 24, 2022. IT IS FURTH ER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall serve this Order on Defendants/Judgment Debtors Sean Cannon and his firm by alternative service, namely email as previously ordered, prior to the hearing.
