ORDER (Service Packet): Plaintiff's #2 Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is granted. Plaintiff's #8 Motion to Strike is granted. The Clerk of Court must strike Plaintiff's #6 Request for Leave to File Amended Complaint and lodged November 5, 2019 #7 First Amended Complaint. Plaintiff's #9 Motion to Amend Correct Complaint is granted. The Clerk of Court must file the lodged December 12, 2019 #10 First Amended Complaint. Counts Two and Three are dismissed without prejudice. Defendants Ryan, Minev, Goodman, Ross, Lee, Zevallos, Switzer, Domello, and Does 1-4 are dismissed without prejudice. Defendants Shinn, Corizon, Centurion, Pratt, and Transue must answer Count One. Defendants Shinn and Pratt must answer in their official capacities only and Defendant Transue must answer in her individual capacity only. The Clerk of Court must send Plaintiff this Order, and a copy of the Marshal's Process Receipt & Return form (USM-285) and Notice of Lawsuit & Request for Waiver of Service of Summons form for Defendants Shinn, Corizon, Centurion, Pratt, and Transue. Plaintiff must complete and return the service packet to the Clerk of Court within 21 days of the date of filing of this Order. The United States Marshal will not provide service of process if Plaintiff fails to comply with this Order. This matter is referred to Magistrate Judge Deborah M.
