ORDER: On January 19, 2021, a Notice of Deficiency issued regarding Plaintiff's failure to file a corporate disclosure statement (Doc. #6 ). The Plaintiff was given 14 days within which to file said statement but no corporate disclosure statement was filed. On February 11, 2021, the Court issued an Order (Doc. #11 ) directing Plaintiff to file its corporate disclosure statement within 10 business days and that failure to file the statement would result in sanctions being imposed. As of this date, Plaintiff has not filed its corporate disclosure statement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff shall show cause in writing by 5:00 p.m., March 5, 2021, why sanctions should not be imposed for failing to comply with this Court's prior Order.
