Defendants Butler, Davis, Reynolds, Duran, and Burke must answer Count IV. The Clerk of Court m ust send Plaintiff a service packet including the Complaint 1 , this Order, and both summons and request for waiver forms for Defendants Butler, Davis, Reynolds, Duran, and Burke. Plaintiff must complete and return the service packet to the Clerk of Court within 20 days of the date of filing of this Order. This matter is referred to Magistrate Judge Lawrence O.
