Filing 12 ORDER re: 11 Motion for Default Judgment - that Defendant shall pay statutory damages for each infringement of each Copyrighted Recording pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 504 to Plaintiffs for infringement of Plaintiffs' copyrights in the sound re cordings listed in Exhibit A to the Complaint, in the total principal sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant shall pay Plaintiffs' costs of suit herein in the amount of Four Hundred Ninety Dollars ($ 490.00) pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 505.
