ORDER denying 20 movant's Motion for Evidentiary Hearing on all Grounds [and] Reasons Specified in Motion and § 2255 [and] Motion Ad Testificandum on all Grounds. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying without prejudice 25 movant's Motion to Compel. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADOPTING 22 Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation. Movant's Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody (Doc. 1 ) is denied and this action is dismissed with prejudice.
