Wilson's conviction a nd sentence for use of a firearm in a crime of violence under § 924(c) (Case No. CR-04-01264, Docs. 29, 52) are vacated. 5. The Court will resentence Wilson on his second-degree murder conviction. The sentencing hearing will be set by separate order. (See Order for full details.)
