IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Greene's amended petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted unless the State of Arizona, within 120 days from the entry of this Judgment, initiates proceedings either to correct the constitutional error in Greene's death sentence or to vacate the sentence and impose a lesser sentence consistent with the law. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter Judg ment accordingly. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court forward a courtesy copy of this Order to Tracie K.
