Filing 27 ORDER, IT IS ORDERED: Defendants Ryan, Harvey, Borciaga are dismissed. Shakur's claims against Defendant Corizon Health Care will be allowed to proceed. Shakur's 15 Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction is denied. Shakur's 24 Motion for an Emergency Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining Order is denied. Shakur's 19 Motion for the Appointment Counsel is denied at this time. However, in the event this matter is scheduled for trial, Plaintiff may resubmit his request.
