ORDER, The Court REVERSES the ALJ's decision and the case is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this decision, including additional hearing testimony, if necessary. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commissioner's decision is rem anded back to an ALJ with instructions to issue a new decision regarding Salinas' eligibility for disability insurance benefits.
