ORDER: IT IS ORDERED the 7 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is GRANTED. Defendants US Air Force, the Aeronautical System Center, Wright Patterson, and the United States and the claims against them are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
