If Petitioner fails to comply, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice to Petitioner and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot.Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Petitioner must file a completed and signed Certificate, using the Certificate form provided with this Order, certifying that his signature on the Certificate will serve as an original signature, under penalty of perjury, on his 2254 Petition for purposes of 28 U.S.C. 2242, Rule 2(c)(5) of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases, Rule 3.5(a) of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If Petitioner fails to comply, the Clerk of Court must, without further notice, strike Petitioner's 2254 Petition and enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice to Petitioner. The Clerk of Court must mail Petitioner a court-approved form for filing an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Habeas) and a Certificate form.
