ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE: IT IS ORDERED, the Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections or designee must forward to the Clerk of Court the initial partial filing fee of $66.77. The balance of $350 filing fee must be collected from Plaintiff's trust account in monthly payments of 20% of the preceding months income credited to the account. Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections or designee must notify the Clerk in writing when Plaintiff is released or transferred to a correctional institution other than the Arizona State Prison Complex-Tucson. Clerk must serve by mail a copy of this Order on the Director of the Arizona Department of Corrections, 701 E Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007 and forward a copy of this Order to Financial Administration for the Tucson Division of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
