ORDER: Plaintiffs Kyle and Katrina Watkins have thirty days to amend their complaint and motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). Plaintiffs are ordered to amend the complaint to allege specific facts because they have failed to do so in their original complaint. Also, in that plaintiffs filed this case jointly, they must either amend their current IFP application to include Katrina Watkins's financial information and signature or Katrina Watkins must complete and sign her own IFP application. This case will be dismissed if Mr. and Mrs. Watkins fail to cure the defects in their complaint or if they fail to correct their IFP motion or pay the filing fee. Signed by Judge Brian S.
