ORDER: On March 8, 2016, the Court was contacted by Teresa Bedford on behalf of her son, plaintiff Courtney Bedford. Ms. Bedford inquired as to whether U.S. District Judge Kristine G. Baker was related in any way to separate defendant Joe Baker. Judge Baker has no relationship to Mr. Baker who is a defendant in this case. The Clerk of Court is direc ted to send Ms. Bedford and Ms. Partridge via certified mail a copy of this Order and a copy of Local Rule 83.7. The Court stays this case, suspends any pretrial deadlines, and removes this case from the trial docket for the week of May 9, 2016. The Court will issue by separate order an amended final scheduling order setting new deadlines and a new trial date.
