ORDER granting #3 Motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court assesses an initial partial filing fee of $2.51. Crafton's custodians are directed to collect this initial fee along with future monthly payments from his prison trust account and forward them to the Clerk of Court until a total of $350 has been paid. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Poinsett County Sheriff and directing the Clerk to send plaintiff a blank 1983 complaint form.
