Filing 3 ORDER directing the Clerk to file the in forma pauperis (IFP) application and complaint submitted by the Plaintiff. With respect to his application to proceed IFP, the Court notes that Plaintiff has three or more cases that are strikes under 28 U.S.C. 1915. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), a prisoner may not proceed IFP if he has three or more strikes unless he is under imminent danger of serious physical injury. Plaintiff is given until May 15, 2024, to: (1)advise the Court why one of these cases does not constitute a strike or indicate why he believes he is under imminent danger of serious physical injury; or (2)pay the $405 filing fee. Failure to comply with this Order shall result in the dismissal of this case. If Plaintiff is transferred to another jail or prison or released, he shall have 30 days from the date of transfer or release in which to notify the Court of his new address Plaintiff shall submit a change of address on a separate piece of paper entitled "Notice to the Court of Change of Address" and not include any motions or otherwise request relief in this document. The notice shall contain only information pertaining to the address change. Failure to inform the Court of an address change shall result in the dismissal of this case. Signed by Honorable Christy D.
