JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge Dale S. Fischer. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that: This Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and personal jurisdiction over each of the Defendants. Plaintiff shall ta ke judgment against Avalinx in the amount of Sixty-Thousand Dollars ($60,000). Avalinx shall pay to SHFL the total sum of Sixty-Thousand Dollars ($60,000) within fifteen (15) days of the entry of this Judgment. The payment totaling Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) is the total amount that Plaintiff shall receive from Defendant in connection with the subject matter of this action, with each party to bear its own costs and attorney fees.
