ORDER DISMISSING CASE by Judge Otis D. Wright, II. The Court concludes that it lacks subject-matter jurisdiction in this case and must dismiss the case. Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(h)(3). For the reasons discussed in the Order, the Court hereby DISMISS ES WITH PREJUDICE Rothenbergs FDCPA claim. The Court declines supplemental jurisdiction on the remaining state-law claims because there is no independent basis for subject-matter jurisdiction over these claims. Accordingly, the Court also DISMISSES Rothenberg's claim under the Declaratory Judgment Act. This Clerk of Court is ordered to close this case. IT IS SO ORDERED. Case Terminated.
