Filing 15 FINAL JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge John F. Walter. Judgment is entered for Plaintiffs DISH Network LLC., EchoStar Technologies LLC., and NagraStar LLC on their claims alleging violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 USC 1 201(a)(1), Federal Communications Act, 47 USC 605(a), and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 USC sub-section 2511(1)(a) and 2520. Defendant Hector Meza Castillo shall pay damages in the amount of $10,000 to DISH Network. The damages a warded to DISH Network are non-dischargeable pursuant to 11 USC 523(a)(6). Defendant, and any person acting in active concert or participation with Defendant that receives actual notice of this order, is hereby permanently enjoined.
