(Dkt. 7 ). As of the date of this order, Plaintiff has not filed an oppositi on. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE on or before June 15, 2016 why Defendant's motion should not be granted and this action dismissed. Plaintiff may discharge this order by filing an opposition to the motion to dismiss. If Plaint iff files an opposition on or before June 15, 2016, Defendant may file an optional reply on or before June 22, 2016, at which time the matter will be taken under submission. Plaintiff is advised that the failure to file a timely response to this order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed for failure to comply with a court order and failure to prosecute. The June 8, 2016 hearing date is VACATED, (mkr)
