Wright, II: The Court: GRANTS Defendants motion to dismiss as to Plaintiffs claims for fraudulent inducement, fraudulent concealment, negligent misrepresentation, quasicontract,intentional inter ference with contract (Lima USA and sales associates), and violation of the UCL with leave to amend.
