Snyder: The Court finds no just reason for delay here. Plaintiffs claims against Lambert have been dismissed with prejudice fo r lack of personal jurisdiction. Furthermore, the jurisdictional questions presented by Lambert's motions to dismiss are severable from the remaining claims in this case. Accordingly, the Court orders that such judgment be entered pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b).
