This Consent Judgment is entered into between the United States of America and Defendant Preferred Long Distance, Inc. and its current and former subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, PLD). PLD shall adhere to the terms and conditions set forth herein for a period of two years, up to and including March 28, 2020, pursuant to a "Compliance Plan" that must (a) be established on or before April 28, 2018, and (b) include training for all PLD personnel required to implement the terms and conditions set forth herein. Judgment shall enter against PLD in the amount of $300,000, payment of which constitutes full and final settlement of the claims set forth in this action. Related to: Stipulation for Judgment 36 .
