MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO REMAND 14 by Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell: The Court finds that Travelers failed to sufficiently establish fraudulent joinder and the complete diversity requirement is not met. The refore, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand HEREBY REMANDS this matter to the Los Angeles Superior Court. In addition, the Court DENIES Plaintiffs' request for attorneys' fees.
