Langrock's ("Plaintiffs") Second Amended Complaint, on July 13, 2017, the Court issue d an order dismissing the Second Amended Complaint with leave to amend. (Dkt. No. 20.) However, to date, the Court has not received a Third Amended Complaint, or any other filing, from Plaintiff. In light of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff must show cause, in writing, on or before September 5, 2017, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and to comply with Court orders.
