JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF FINAL APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AND PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Upon Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Final Approval of Settlement 159 and Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Att orneys' Fees and Costs 157 , the Court grants final approval to the Joint Stipulation of Class and PAGA Settlement and Release and orders the parties to implement and comply with its terms. The Court hereby awards Class Counsel the amount of &# 036;199,600.00 in attorneys' fees, to be paid pursuant to the terms of the Joint Stipulation of Class and PAGA Settlement and Release. The Court hereby awards Class Counsel costs and expenses in the total amount of $29,074.92, to be paid pu rsuant to the terms of the Joint Stipulation of Class and PAGA Settlement and Release. The Court approves payment of $10,000 to the Settlement Administrator, CPT Group, Inc. The Court approves payment of $88,943.75 as penalties authorized b y the Private Attorneys General Act, of which 75% ($66,707.81) will be paid to the Labor and Workforce Development Agency and 25% ($22,235.94) will be paid to the Aggrieved Employees. Class Representative Payments to Plaintiffs Lo uis Geiger, Christina Gomez, Amanda Haynes, and Gara Booten in the amount of $5,000 each. The Court hereby enters final judgment in this action, and the matter shall be dismissed in its entirety, with prejudice. Each side shall bear its own cost s and attorneys' fees, except as otherwise provided in the Joint Stipulation of Class and PAGA Settlement and Release and the Cour's orders. This document shall constitute a final judgment for purposes of Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (gk)
