IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: Plaintiffs' counsel moves for approval of their request for $500,000 in attorneys' fees and costs. The Court awards the full $500,000 requested. Plaintiffs' counsel also moves for class representative service awards of $2,500 to each of the two Plaintiffs. the Court grants both Plaintiffs service awards as well-deserved in the full $2,500 amounts requested. The matter is hereby dismissed with prejudice except that the Court reserves jurisdiction over the consummation and enforcement of the Settlement, without affecting the finality of this Final Approval Order and Judgment.
