MINUTES OF IN CHAMBERS - ORDER RE HEARING ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE by Judge Dolly M. Gee: On 8/21/2018, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause ("OSC") why Respondent Todd Tillman should not be compelled to provide the testimony and produce the books, papers, records, and other data that are demanded in the subject IRS summons #8 . The Court scheduled a hearing on the OSC for 9/28/2018 at 10:00 AM. On 9/10/2018, Robert and Renee Rains filed a Motion to Intervene #10 and a Motion to Stay the case pending their appeal of the Court's 5/23/2018 Judgment in Robert C. Rains, et al. v. United States, MC 17-00074-DMG (MRWx) #11 . On 9/11/2018, Respondent Tillman filed a Response to the OSC #13 . In light of the Rains' pending motions and Tillmans Response, the Court VACATES the 9/28/2018 hearing on the OSC.
