ORDER by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Granting #14 APPLICATION to Stay Case re Early Mediation ADA Disability Access Litigation as to Defendant. The ADR proceeding is to be completed no later than 6/12/2019. Plaintiff opposes Defendants' Application for Stay and Early Mediation on the ground that Defendants did not comply with Local Rule 7-3 #17 . Plaintiff's opposition is meritless because the Court invited Defendants to take advantage of the early ADR program by filing an application, which is a form provided by the Court #13 . If the Court had required Defendants to file a noticed motion and comply with Local Rule 7-3, it would have said so in its Notice to the Parties about ADA Disability Access Litigation. It did not. Defendants did what was required to request a stay and early mediation. The Court therefore GRANTS Defendants' request for a stay and early mediation. (gk)
