Plaintiff's Complaint is captioned as a "Request for Dispute Resolution on Complaint" and cites to various provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"), 9 U.S.C. 1-16. The Complaint alleges that "there is complete diversity of citizenship between the parties" and that the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000 (see Compl. at 7:15-21), but does not allege the citizenship of any of the parties. Should Plaintiff file a First Amended Complaint in this action by May 28, 2019, and should that First Amended Complaint properly allege this Court's subject matter jurisdiction, the Court would then order Plaintiff to show cause why this Court should not abstain from adjudicating this parallel action.
