Of the interest accrued since the deposit, 33% shall be distributed to Marci Holliday. ii. The balance of the principal in the amount of $1,552,606.44, is to be distributed to Devon Holliday (a.k.a. Devon Pothier) and Thomas S. Holliday ("Trey"). The balance of accrued interest shall be distributed to Devon Holliday a.k.a. Devon Pothier and Thomas S. Holliday.
