ORDER RE STIPULATION TO STAY CASE DURING THE PENDENCY OF STATE COURT CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS by Judge Dolly M. Gee: The Stipulation to Stay Case #15 is GRANTED. The matter is STAYED until the conclusion of the criminal case pending in Los Angeles Superior Court again Plaintiff (Case No. 8AM03931). The stay shall not otherwise alter the substantive or procedural rights of Plaintiff or Defendant County of Los Angeles ("County"). The parties shall submit a joint status report every 90 days advising the Court of the status of the criminal proceedings identified in paragraph 1 of this Order. Upon the conclusion of all criminal proceedings, the parties shall submit a joint status report within 10 days requesting that the Court lift the stay of this matter. County's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint #14 is stayed and the 3/13/2020 hearing date is VACATED and shall be reset, if necessary, after the stay has been lifted. Plaintiff need not respond to County's Motion to Dismiss until 14 days after the stay has been lifted. (gk)
