All causes of action asse1ted in Plaintiff's Complaint shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Agreement signed by Plaintiff; 2. Consistent with California law, Plaintiff shall bear the responsibility of all costs associated with the arbitration; and 3.
