MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS - COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson. Before the Court is a Complaint filed by plaintiff Burhaan Saleh ("Plaintiff") on October 2, 2020. (Dkt. 1 ("Compl.").) Plaintiff alleges that the Court possesses jurisdiction over this action pursuant to the Class Action Fairness Act ("CAFA"), 28 U.S.C. 1332(d). (Id. at 12.) However, the Complaint fails to adequately show the parties are completely diverse. The Court therefore dismisses the Complaint and grants Plaintiffs leave to amend and establish federal subject matter jurisdiction. (SEE DOCUMENT FOR DETAILS). Plaintiff's Amended Complaint, if any, shall be filed no later than October 15, 2020. (mrgo)
