As part of that submission, the parties shall state whether they have agreed on a single private neutral. If after sufficient discussions, they have been unable to agree on a single neutral, then Plaintiffs and Defendants shall each submit three nominees to the Court, including the c.v. and billing rates for each nominee. Based on a review of the joint report, the Court will determine whether to designate a single private neutral, and if so, which of the six nominees will be selected if parties have been unable to agree on a private neutral.
