ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS AND STAY ACTION by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: The Court GRANTS the parties' Stipulation #13 and ORDERS that the parties shall submit any and all claims alleged in this action, and, without limitation, any and all claims that arise out of or relate to Plaintiff's employment with Defendant Private National Mortgage Acceptance Company, LLC, to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association before the agreed-upon Arbitrator. This action shall be stayed pending completion of the arbitration proceedings. The Clerk of the Court is directed to remove this case from the Court's active case list; further post-arbitration proceedings, if any, must be initiated by the parties with notice given to the Court. The parties are ORDERED to file Joint Status Reports every 120 days, and a Final Joint Status Report within ten days of the conclusion of arbitration.
