McDermott.Plaintiff is ordered to show cause on or before June 2 5, 2014, why his FAC should not be dismissed with leave to amend because the SBSD is not subject to liability under section 1983 for the actions of the San Bernardino County Sheriff in denying Plaintiffs concealed weapon permit. If Plaintiff still wishes to pursue this action, he shall have until June 25, 2014, to file a response to this Order to Show Cause. Filing of a Second Amended Complaint naming an appropriate defendant shall be a satisfactory response to the Order to Show Cause. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15; Local Rule 15.
