MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE (1) OBTAINING SEPARATE COUNSEL FOR EACH CHILD AND (2) FAILURE TO APPEAR by Judge Virginia A. Phillips. First, the Court ORDERS Plaintiffs to show cause in writing by February 23, 2015, why separate co unsel is not required for the minors. Second, Avant Garde Foster Agency's attorney, Thomas Rodger Chapin, did not appear at the scheduling conference in violation of Local Rule 16-13.
