ORDER by Judge Jesus G. Bernal GRANTING Joint Stipulation for Dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) 15 : The Court, finds that this action shall be dismissed with prejudice. Each party is to bear her or its own at torneys fees, costs, and expenses. The Court will retain jurisdiction over the parties and the action until April 3, 2020 for the sole purpose of enforcement of the parties obligations under Section 2(C) of the parties Confidential Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims.
