Wu:The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Rule 26(f) Report ("Report") (Docket No. #14 ) and finds it can set the schedule in this matter without hearing further statements from the parties. As per C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15, the August 29, 2022 scheduling conference date is taken off calendar. The Court sets the following dates: The Plaintiff has filed an Amended Complaint on August 25, 2022. ECF No. 17. Once Defendant responds to said complaint, any further amendments to pleadings must be made by motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16. Post-mediation status conference is set for March 16, 2023 at 8:30 a.m., with mediation to becompleted by March 13. All regular discovery will be completed by March 3, 2023. All expert discovery will be completed by April 7, 2023. The last day for the Court to hear any motions (other than motions in limine which will be heard atthe pre-trial conference) is May 8, 2023.
