ORDER RE PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION by Judge David O. Carter: This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants, and each of them, be and hereby are preliminary enjoined during the pendency of this action, pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, from engaging in, committing, or performing directly and indirectly, any and all of the following facts: (S ee document for further details.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bank of America release information about the abovedescribed accounts including the amounts contained in the accounts. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no bond shall be required to be posted by Plaintiff before the Preliminary Injunction is effective. (rla)
