ORDER RE REQUEST TO PROCEED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT OF FILING FEES by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Denying #2 REQUEST to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff SHALL PAY THE FILING FEES IN FULL within 30 days or this case will be dismissed. IT WAS RECOMMENDED that the Request to Proceed Without Prepayment of Filing Fees be DENIED by Magistrate Judge Gail J. Standish. Reasons: Inadequate showing of indigency. Failure to authorize disbursements from prison trust account to pay the filing fees. Failure to provide certified copy of trust fund statement for the last six months. No viable official capacity claim stated and no 28 USC 1915(a)(2) documents provided. Per Docket No. 4, Plaintiff was advised of the above defects and given until 9/6/18 to respond. He has ignored the 8/7/18 Order (a copy of which is attached) and his Request, therefore, should be denied. (gk)
