Filing 11 MINUTE ORDER: (TEXT ENTRY ONLY) Due to the status of the case, the Initial Scheduling Conference currently set for 3/2/2017 is RESCHEDULED for 4/27/2017 at 10:00 AM, in Chambers before Magistrate Judge Michael J. Seng. The parties are directed to forthwith meet and confer regarding settlement of this action. Settlement discussions require focus and preparation.
