Kellison on 3/28/06 ORDERING the claims of Pltfs Fuller, Smith, Gonzales, Corona, Garcia, Black, Cooper, Bernhard, Sanders, Baldon, and Walton are severed from the claims of Pltf Shirley. Pltf Shirley shall proceed as s ole Pltf in case 05cv2468 FCD CMK PC. The Clerk is directed to open separate civil actions for the other 11 pltfs, and file a copy of this order and a copy the complaint filed 12/6/05 in the new open files. The Clerk shall send each pltf an endorsed of copy of his complaint bearing his new case number. Each Pltf's Complaint 1 is DISMISSED, and the Clerk is directed to send each pltf a new form for filing a Civil Rights Action and a new IFP Application. Each pltf is GRANTED 30 days from the date of this order to file an amended complaint w/a new IFP Application.(Yin, K)
