Because AHIT is not subject to the jurisdiction of this court, its motion to dismiss is GRANTED, but with leave to amend after the stay imposed below is lifted. Defendants' motion to dismiss for improper or inconvenient venue is DENIED. Defendants' motion to compel arbitration between Mr. Trinchitella and ARP is GRANTED. Defendants' motion to stay the case against PRM and Mr. Zarinegar pending arbitration is GRANTED. This case is STAYED pending arbitration of all claims against ARP. The defendants shall file a status report every sixty days describing the status of arbitration and whether the stay may be lifted.
