| Filing 5 MINUTE ORDER: On October 16, 2018, Appellant C. R. Legal, Sr. filed a Notice of Bankruptcy Appeal, ECF No. 1. The Bankruptcy Court noted on December 3, 2018 that Appellants appeal was incomplete due to his failure to file required documents by November 19, 2018. ECF No. 3. Appellants filings also fail to comply with Eastern District of California Local Rule 145.On December 4, 2018, Appellant filed an Application to Proceed Without Prepayment, ECF No. 4. On that form, Appellant requests an extension of time to file the Designation of Record. Id. The Court DENIES Appellants Application without prejudice, as Appellant has not properly filled out the application in legible writing. Specifically, Appellant has not described the amount and source of money he received in the past year and incorrectly filled out the dependent persons section.
